Shipments and returns
Shipping Policy
All products from Melitecosmetic.com will be packed and shipped with the utmost care, so you will receive your order in good condition. The majority of our packages are shipped with Mondial Relay. We strive to offer our package to the delivery service as soon as possible after receiving your order and payment. Depending on the product's availability, you will receive your product(s) within 7 working days. When a product is out of stock, the delivery time depends on the supplier. You will be notified by email. When there is a backorder of the items you ordered (only if the product is out of stock), the shipping costs will be fully covered by us. If a product cannot be restocked by us, the amount of this product will be refunded to your account within 4 weeks.
Finalization
After completing your order, you will receive an email confirming your order. When your order is shipped, you will receive the invoice by email as well as a confirmation email containing a Mondial Relay tracking number. By clicking on this link, you will be able to track your order.
Returns
Not satisfied and/or ordered incorrectly:
According to the Distance Selling Act, you have the right to return a purchased product within 14 days, only in its original state, unopened and undamaged. If you wish to return a product because you are not satisfied or because you ordered the wrong product, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. After checking the condition of the product, you will receive the purchase amount of the product back on your bank or giro account (excluding shipping costs).
Incorrect delivery or defective product:
If you have received an incorrect delivery or something went wrong with your delivery, please contact our customer service at +32 (0) 489.82.12.51. Our staff will be happy to assist you.
Products that cannot be returned:
Products that have already been opened and whose original packaging has been damaged can no longer be returned. If your order gets lost or damaged during shipment to Mélite Cosmetic, you are responsible for it.
